ABOUT FLASHBULB PHOTOGRAPHY

Hi, name's Melissa. I have always gotten a thrill for seeking out the details and telling a story. So much so that I earned my BA in Journalism so that I could do just that. As every poor, just-starting-out journalist knows is that when you start out, well...you are your own photographer. I started my journey recording video, B roll and documenting people's version of the story through their image. I would be driving down the street and stop to take a picture of something that I felt needed to be documented.

But, as it turns out, I saw those people; they stuck with me. The stories I wanted to tell, I felt, were more powerful if there were no words.

I translated all of that into capturing the romantic and beautiful truth in all of my photos. I incorporate the best technology and provide you with a personalized experience you won't find anywhere else.
